SEN Teacher - Primary ARP (KS1 - Year 3)

Are you a passionate and experienced SEN teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to lead a small Additional Resource Provision (ARP) class of six children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
About the Role:
1. Teach a small, well-supported class (KS1 - Year 3 curriculum).
2. Work alongside two experienced support staff to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
3. Adapt lessons to meet individual needs and learning styles.
4. Manage and support challenging behaviours with confidence and positivity.
About You:
1. Previous experience teaching children with ASD and SEMH needs.
2. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
3. QTS desirable but not essential - experience is key!
4. A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach to teaching.
