Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate a thorough understanding of Dementia Nursing care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Duties
* Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in their condition to the medical team.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care strategies.
* Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with CQC healthcare regulations.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Qualifications
* Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Proven experience in patient care within a Care Home setting is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Dementia Nursing care.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
