As an SAP Engagement Manager, you will lead engagements to transform our client’s businesses throughout the full lifecycle of a project. The SAP Engagement Manager role involves activities from pre-sales input to project delivery, including contract management, planning, mobilization, and leading SAP and related software implementations in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Your role:
1. Assist in shaping new propositions during the sales process.
2. Manage the transition from sales to delivery teams.
3. Deliver projects within scope, budget, and quality standards, ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Provide clear project status and reporting internally and to clients.
5. Manage and motivate a high-performing team, supporting their development.
6. Maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders (CxO level or above).
7. Oversee delivery governance, risk management, quality assurance, and meet financial KPIs.
8. Handle key delivery processes including commercial, financial, and stakeholder management.
9. Maintain required Capgemini Engagement Manager certifications relevant to project complexity.

Your profile:
1. Experience delivering SAP projects, from initial delivery to early life support.
2. Proficiency with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
3. Proven experience working on SAP projects across various industries and clients.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
5. Experience managing large, global, and distributed teams.
6. Enjoy mentoring and sharing knowledge within the team and wider SAP practice.
Your Security Clearance: To be appointed, you must obtain Developed Vetting (DV) clearance, which requires residing in the UK for the past 10 years and meeting other security criteria. Some roles are restricted to UK nationals due to security reasons.
