Senior HR Advisor – Change
John Goddard Associates is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor for a 9‑month fixed‑term contract to support significant business transformation, including acquisitions, restructures and office rationalisations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support HR Business Partners in preparing for organisational change and restructuring activity
* Draft and coordinate documentation for collective consultations and redundancy processes
* Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including complex cases
* Assist with TUPE processes and integration planning for new acquisitions
* Ensure smooth coordination and tracking of change‑related activity across teams
* Act as a point of contact for managers and employees during periods of transition
What We're Looking For
* Senior HR Advisor experience within a financial services environment
* Strong background in employee relations and organisational change
* Proven experience supporting restructures, redundancies and ideally TUPE
* Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the London office
