Everything you need to know about this Account Manager role
* Account & project administration - creating estimates, raising invoices, POs, project correspondence and tracking
* You’ll be the main first point of contact for clients, able to develop an understanding of your client’s brand and market environment
* Budget management – estimating and overseeing the costs of deliverables
* Proficient on client approval systems such as Veeva
* You’ll be expected to support, coach and mentor and in some cases line manage more junior client services colleagues
* Input into the strategic direction of account and the growth of client business
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
* An experienced Senior Account Executive or Account Manager with at least 2 years’ healthcare advertising or medical communications agency experience
* Confident communication - Comfortable being the main client point of contact
* You’ll be organised and structured in your work with a can-do attitude, collaborative approach and great commercial awareness

* Base of £38-48K depending on experience, pension, private healthcare, 28+ days holiday
* Flexible hybrid working - The team work collaboratively in North Oxfordshire 2 days per week and WFH 3 days
