Join the Founding Team of a New Pre-Preparatory School in Epping A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Primary Teacher with a Drama specialism to join the founding team of a brand-new pre-preparatory school for children aged 37. This role is ideal for a Primary Drama Teacher who brings energy, imagination and a deep understanding of early childhood development and who has previous pre-prep school experience .
As a Primary Drama Teacher, you will help shape a school built on calm classrooms, strong routines and a thoughtful, modern-traditional ethos. You will introduce young learners to drama through storytelling, role-play, movement, expression and early performance skills, ensuring lessons are joyful, structured and developmentally appropriate within a beautifully designed environment.

Holds QTS with a strong academic background in Drama, Theatre Studies or Performing Arts
Has previous pre-prep school experience (essential)
Understands early drama development, expressive arts progression and confidence-building techniques
