This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about delivering high quality care and driving positive outcomes for residents and staff. Key Requirements: Proven experience managing elderly focused residential homes NVQ5 in Leadership and Management Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance requirements, and inspection processes. Demonstrated ability to improve CQC ratings from Requires Improvement to Good, or maintain consistent Good ratings. Experience managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary team. Ability to promote and sustain a positive staffing culture, with a focus on retention, morale, and professional growth. The Ideal Candidate Will: Be an effective communicator and confident decision maker. Be able to maintain all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards Have a proactive and strategic approach to service improvement.
