A brand-new, purpose-built special academy for learners aged 4–19, and we are seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our pupils to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically in a supportive, therapeutic, and structured learning environment. What You’ll Do: Support pupils with complex needs across a variety of ages and stages Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff Help pupils regulate their emotions, build confidence, and access the curriculum Assist with communication, sensory integration, and transitions Take part in enrichment, play, therapeutic, and life skills sessions Provide a calm, consistent and nurturing presence throughout the school day Why Join US?
