Your new role
This is a new role working as part of a small team as a Services Coordinator. You will be supporting the registrations and compliance teams with administration, data analysis and reporting. Key duties include but not limited to:
Assign audits and service inspections. Replenishing documentation/supplies. Answering incoming enquiries by telephone or email. Monitor audits and service inspections ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Receive customer information and deal with it in a timely manner. A keen eye for detail Strong and current administration skills Great organisational and coordination skills Excellent customer service skills The ability to manage your own workloads and work on your own initiative What youll get in return
