As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us strengthen our client base while supporting long-term partnerships.
The Role
As a Sales Representative, you'll be at the heart of our growth, generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring every customer has a first-class experience. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and presentations through to handovers with our operations team, while also playing a role in tender and framework submissions.
What You'll Do
* Proactively generate new business through calls, emails, meetings, and networking
* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to support retention and growth
* Deliver persuasive presentations and tailored solutions to clients
* Maintain detailed records of sales activity, pipelines, and performance
* Manage and distribute inbound sales enquiries (email, website, online chat, internal requests)
* Support tender and framework submissions, ensuring timely and accurate bids
* Balance proactive outreach with efficient organisation and clear communication

* Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Positive customer feedback and strong client retention
* Accurate and timely sales reporting and administration
* Contribution to successful tender and framework wins
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence
Confidence in building relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Commercial awareness and understanding of client needs
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience in fire, security, or related technical services
* Familiarity with tendering and frameworks
* Full UK driving licence
