Responsibilities
* Liaise with the wider business, providing support to site teams from tender stage through to completion and aftercare.
* Manage the compliance throughout the team.
* Join a longstanding successful team based at the head office in Hampshire, five days a week.
* Lead the administration and systems for the team, ensuring company procedures and best practice are followed in an organised and efficient manner.
* Work for a specialist contractor with an impressive turnover and pipeline of works; projects range in size and value, and this is an ideal opportunity to work locally.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal), the ability to manage deadlines, and an enthusiastic nature.
* Previous construction experience is essential; high standards, attention to detail and determination are highly valued.
