We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join a leading sports retailer in Cotswold Designer Outlet. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with retail leadership experience who is passionate about sports, customer service and developing a successful team.

Key Assistant Manager responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the retail store
* Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver excellent customer service
* Drive sales and performance in line with company targets
* Take responsibility for opening and closing the store as an Assistant Manager
* Maintain high retail standards including visual merchandising and stock control
* Train, coach and develop team members to progress in their retail careers
About you:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in retail
* Passionate about sports, customer experience and retail operations
* Hands-on, positive and able to lead by example
* Flexible to work weekends and peak retail trading periods
