We are a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Tewkesbury, seeking a commercially astute and operationally focused finance leader to join our senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Head of Finance who is looking to progress into a Finance Director position within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
The Role
This is a highly visible, on-site leadership role where you will take full ownership of the finance function while working closely with the Managing Director and operational teams.
You will:
* Lead and develop the finance team
* Oversee monthly management accounts and financial reporting
* Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
* Provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making
* Partner with operations to improve cost control and manufacturing efficiencies
* Ensure robust financial controls and compliance
* Support business growth initiatives and continuous improvement projects
