Metro Rod Oxford – Cirencester area
Salary £27,000 - £29,000 DOE plus commission, on‑call & overtime (circa £1000 per month)

We have over 60 franchisees covering the UK, clearing and unblocking drains for more than thirty years. Major companies and leading high street names trust us to provide regular drain maintenance, and we’ll bring the same high standards of service to tackle your drain blockage. Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, Willow Pumps and Filta focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one‑stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
What does it entail?
* Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains
* Operation of high‑pressure water jetting equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
* Carrying out surveys
* Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
* Accurately recording work/job details via bespoke internal/client systems and applications
* Communicating effectively with high‑profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
* Being part of an on‑call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year
What experience do we look for?
* High‑pressure water jetting and confined spaces experience
* Surveying experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic and commercial drainage
* Excellent problem‑solving ability with sound technical knowledge
* Positive, flexible, can‑do attitude
* Willingness to be part of a growing and progressive business
* Willingness to work some unsociable hours
* Full UK driving licence
* Must live in the Cirencester area
