As a Corporate Tax Director, you will lead our corporate tax department and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients. Reporting directly to the partners, you will be responsible for providing strategic tax advice, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Client Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.Providing high-level tax advisory services and strategic guidance.
2. Tax Planning and Compliance:
Developing and implementing tax planning strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.Reviewing and advising on complex corporate tax matters, including M&A transactions and restructuring.Ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation and regulations.
3. Leadership and Team Management:
Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support.Overseeing the delivery of high-quality tax services and ensuring deadlines are met.Promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
4. Business Development:
Identifying opportunities to expand our client base and grow revenue.Participating in networking events and industry forums to enhance the firm's reputation and visibility.Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives.
