Junior Application Support Technician
Location: Kings Hill, West Malling (Hybrid 2 days per week in office)

About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Application Support Technician to join our growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build technical skills and gain hands-on experience supporting business-critical applications.
In this role, you'll be providing first-line support for our internal users on the Amtivo Connect ERP solution. You'll troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, and learn from senior team members – all while playing a key part in keeping our systems running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
· Work closely with the Application Support team to resolve support tickets.
· Provide first-line support via our ITSM solution, including troubleshooting and documenting solutions.
· Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when needed.
· Support testing activities under supervision.
· Keep users updated on progress and maintain accurate ticket records.
· Take part in training and ongoing learning to develop your technical skillset.
