Training Designer
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Training Designer to develop engaging, effective, and high-quality learning solutions. This role involves analysing training needs, designing instructional materials, and supporting the delivery of training programmes that enhance learner performance and capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop training solutions aligned to organisational goals and learner needs
* Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge and skill gaps
* Create instructional materials, including e-learning modules, classroom content, and blended learning programmes
* Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) to ensure effective learning outcomes
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and validate training materials
* Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness
* Ensure all learning content meets quality, accessibility, and compliance standards
* Maintain and update existing training materials to reflect changes in processes or technology
* Support the delivery and facilitation of training where required
* Use learning technologies and authoring tools to produce high-quality content
