Are you an experienced Electrical Build Engineer looking to work on some of the UK’s most exciting and advanced automation systems?
We’re partnering with a leading automation and robotics company in Dorset known for delivering bespoke, high-performance systems to major players in the aerospace, defence, and manufacturing sectors. As part of their ongoing growth, they’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Electrical Build Engineer to join their team.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Build and test complex electromechanical automation systems
* Read, interpret, and work from technical electrical drawings
* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults with accuracy and efficiency
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and commissioning teams
* Travel to client sites for system installation (UK-wide, incl. defence sector)
✅ Who You Are:
* HNC, electrical apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in an electrical discipline
* Proficient in electrical schematics and industrial system builds
* Strong communicator with the ability to work independently
* Proactive problem-solver with knowledge of safety systems
* Comfortable with occasional travel and on-site client support
* Full UK driving licence required
Working Hours:
* Monday–Thursday: 08:30–17:00
* Friday: 08:30–16:00
* Flexible start/finish times available
