Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
3. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
4. Advising stakeholders on legal risks and contractual strategy
5. Supporting compliance initiatives and risk management activities
6. Managing legal documentation and internal contract systems
7. Coordinating execution of contracts (electronic and wet signature)
8. Liaising with external parties on notarisation and apostille matters
9. Attending compliance meetings and maintaining accurate records
10. Delivering timely, pragmatic legal advice to internal clients
The Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE, gained in private practice and/or in-house.You will demonstrate:
11. Experience in areas such as data protection, employment, product regulation or international trade
12. Strong contract drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
13. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
14. Ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines
15. A proactive, adaptable and commercially minded approach
16. Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
