Genda-Playnation Entertainment are looking for new Customer Service Assistants for their 2026 season. We're looking for fast-paced, motivated and intuitive individuals to join us at these busy Arcade locations. OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILTIES To work in our holiday resort arcades engaging and helping customers. Listening to customer issues and resolving problems for them in a polite, helpful and efficient manner. To ensure the arcade is a safe and welcoming place for holiday makers of all ages. To ensure with the team that the arcade is clean, attractive and well merchandised. To learn about the range of products and promotions we run so you can inform customers accurately. OUTLINE OF THE ROLE Job Role: Customer Service Assistants ( aged 18 plus) Salary: National Living Wage (revised from 1 st April 2026) Benefits: Free Parking, Uniform provided (T shirt, Sweat-shirt, trousers) Free use of pool and shows for friends and families, discounts where available. Hours: Vary through the season but minimum of 6 hours when working. Start Date: As soon as possible (Seasonal contract) Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata. Other: Flexible working full time & part time vacancies. We can offer overtime in busy periods.
