Job Description
My client is an industry leading construction contractor, who are looking for an EHS Advisor to join a energy to waste project in Lostock Gralam, Cheshire. This project will be for an initial eight months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide sound and industry leading advise to project stakeholders.
* Carry out audits/inspections of workplaces.
* Attend sites following accidents/incidents and assist with the investigation. In the absence of the Project Director or HSE Manager lead the investigation.
* Carry out morning meetings and drive safety standards onsite.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Recognised Health and Safety Degree or Diploma.
* Professional NEBOSH certification required.
* At least 5 years of experience on relevant construction projects.
* Strong communication skills.
