We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator, an office-based role in Redditch, offering a salary of £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience.

Customer Service Coordinator
You’ll coordinate service schedules, manage technical interventions, and ensure customers receive smooth, professional support at every step.
Customer Service Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for all service coordination
* Manage service requests from first call to final resolution
* Schedule installations, planned maintenance, and technical interventions
* Track orders and keep customers updated on timelines
* Work closely with technical teams and field engineers
* Capture customer feedback and help drive service improvements
* Ensure every case is completed professionally and every customer feels valued
The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have:-
* Experience in customer service or service coordination, ideally in a technical/industrial environment
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional xsngvjr approach
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Salesforce/SAP are an advantage)
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
