Job Duties

1. Program Planning: Collaborate with colleagues to plan, develop, and execute student success programs and engagement initiatives.
2. Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venues, materials, and resources required for program delivery.
3. Participant Support: Provide support to program participants, addressing inquiries and assisting with program-related needs.
4. Budget Management: Assist in managing program budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
5. Data Tracking: Maintain records and data related to program participation and outcomes.
6. Evaluation: Participate in the evaluation of program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements.
7. Communication: Communicate program details and updates to relevant stakeholders.
8. Project Management: Manage special projects and initiatives, including AGOGE week, the Common Reader program, the Undergraduate Research and Mentorship Program, and others, from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
9. Research: Conduct research and gather data to inform decision-making and project planning.
10. Coordination: Coordinate meetings, events, and initiatives involving various stakeholders.
11. Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed for special initiatives.
12. Communication: Facilitate communication between the Vice Provost and internal and external partners for strategic initiatives.
13. Strategic Support: Provide strategic support and input to advance the goals of the Vice Provost and the office.
14. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist the OAE Vice Provost with ad hoc tasks and projects related to special initiatives.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of student success, engagement, and higher education best practices.
