You will be expected to demonstrate good clinical assessment skills and to ensure a high standard of care is delivered on the ward. It is imperative that you can engage with carers and outside agencies as one of our main objectives is to support our service users to be able to participate confidently in the community with a variety of services.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate nursing staff to deliver high‑quality, patient‑focused care.
* Perform clinical assessments and ensure a high standard of care across the ward.
* Engage with carers and outside agencies to support service users’ community participation.
* Collaborate with teams and influence colleagues at all levels.
* Champion continuous improvement and development in practice.
Qualifications
* Proactive, experienced practitioner with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Strong clinical assessment ability and understanding of service management.
* Capacity to motivate, inspire and influence others.
* Experience working with complex needs service users and coordinating multi‑agency support.
