Key Responsibilities:

* Present and explain NeroPAY’s payment solutions clearly and persuasively.
* Onboard new merchants remotely, ensuring a smooth sign-up experience.
* Maintain accurate notes on leads and outcomes.
Earnings Structure:
* £80 commission per merchant onboarded.
* Ongoing revenue share for merchants you acquire.

Part-Time Sales Representative
We’re looking for outgoing and motivated Part-Time Sales Representatives to join NeroPAY, a growing fintech company helping small businesses save money on card payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit and engage with local shops and restaurants to build strong relationships with business owners.
* Introduce NeroPAY’s payment solutions and explain product benefits in clear, simple terms.
* Support merchants with the onboarding process when needed.
* Record and submit short daily field notes to track activity.
* Participate in biweekly video meetings with your manager to receive feedback and guidance.
Requirements:
* Confident communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
* Interest in sales, retail, or fintech (experience is a bonus but not required).
* Availability mainly in the evenings (flexible hours).
* Reliability in submitting reports and attending scheduled check-ins.
Customer Support Associate
We’re seeking a proactive Customer Support Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for our merchants, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and phone.
* Clearly explain pricing structures and product features.
* Log issues into the CRM and escalate when necessary.
* Maintain friendly, professional communication with clients.
* Collect and share customer feedback to improve our services.
* Support the sales and onboarding process when needed.
