Family Solicitor – Private Family (Legal Aid Domestic Abuse)
Location: Rotherham (with travel to Sheffield, and occasionally Doncaster/Barnsley)
Hours: Full time or part time considered
Hybrid: No formal policy, but flexibility offered (e.g., WFH before court). Office presence valued for walk-ins.
Firm: A long-standing, reputable, and Lexcel & ISO-accredited firm based in Rotherham is expanding its teams. Role Responsibilities
* You will manage a busy caseload of: Divorce, Financial remedy, Private Law Children matters, Injunctions and Domestic abuse (legal aid)
* The role sits within a supportive team led by a Partner specialising in care, alongside two other solicitors (one care, one private law).
Ideal Candidate
* Experience handling a mixed private family caseload
* Comfortable working in a busy environment
* Driver preferred due to court attendances
