* Managing a high volume of incoming calls from customers
* Dealing with requests for services or repairs
* Preparing quotations for works to be completed and forwarding to customers
* Producing job sheets and allocating work to be completed to field engineers
* Ensuring the relevant parts requested for jobs are available for engineering team
* Tracking jobs being completed from instigation stage to completion
