* Coordinate EHCP processes, interventions, and personalised learning plans

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or be working towards it)
* Proven experience working with students with a range of special educational needs
* Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory requirements
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
* A proactive and empathetic approach to inclusion and behaviour
