Up to £70,000 per annum plus package
We are currently recruiting an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a well-established MEP contractor, delivering large, complex construction projects across sectors including commercial and healthcare.
This role would suit a Mechanical Project Manager with a proven background working on major projects, managing sizeable mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Manage the delivery of mechanical services packages on large-scale projects
2. Take full responsibility for programme, cost, quality, and safety of mechanical works
3. Coordinate with design, commercial, planning, and site teams to ensure successful delivery
4. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and client interfaces
5. Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover of mechanical systems
6. Monitor progress against programme and drive recovery where required
7. Ensure compliance with H&S, quality standards, and client specifications
8. Support value engineering and buildability reviews
About You
9. Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on large construction projects
10. Strong background working for an MEP or mechanical contractor
11. Experience delivering projects in commercial and healthcare sectors (essential)
12. Demonstrable experience managing high-value mechanical packages
13. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
14. Good understanding of UK building services standards and regulations
15. Right to work in the UK
