Were recruiting a Service Advisor to join our client a well established main dealership known for delivering exceptional customer service and representing some of the industrys most respected automotive brands. Youll be working in a busy service department where no two days are the same, supporting both retail and warranty customers while contributing to a smooth and efficient aftersales operation. Service Advisor Duties
Welcome customers bringing their vehicles in for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress
Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with the day to day running of a busy department
Manage customer expectations with a consistently professional approach
Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers
Service Advisor Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership, bodyshop, or independent workshop
A full UK driving licence
Willing to work weekends
