What you will do Lead and implement the overall trading strategy to maximise sales and margin Analyse sales performance data and market trends to inform decision-making Monitor and optimise product performance across all categories Manage stock levels to ensure availability while minimising risk (overstock/markdown) Plan and execute promotional activity to drive revenue and customer engagement Collaborate closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to align trading plans Identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance Ensure operational excellence across all trading activities Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve trading objectives Set clear performance targets and monitor team delivery Foster a high-performance, commercially focused culture What you will bring Proven experience in sales forecasting, data analysis, and decision-making to drive financial performance Strong understanding of e-commerce and online trading, including knowledge of driving website sales and conversions Experience in team leadership, including setting objectives, performance monitoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment Proficiency in tools for sales and inventory planning, as well as experience with multi-channel retail operations Exceptional organizational and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively Passion for fashion and an understanding of the plus-size market is a significant advantage Degree in business, merchandising, retail management, or a related field is preferred
