We are looking for a Graduate Vendor Specialist (m/f) in Newmarket (UK).

Our Arrow’s EMEA Graduate Program is a 12-month journey tailored for graduates who completed their education within the last two years. This program offers a unique opportunity to engage in a practical learning curriculum, working alongside experienced mentors to build a solid foundation for your career at Arrow. Throughout this journey, you will:

What You Should Expect from the Role:

At Arrow, we believe that the best way to learn is through full integration into the business. You will take on real responsibilities and complete program assignments that put your learning into practice. You will work closely with specialized experts, gaining invaluable insights.

We are seeking a dynamic and proficient Graduate Vendor Specialist within our cyber security division. In this pivotal role, you will:


Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage inbound queries to our vendor team (calls, queries, quotes, outbound responses).
* Liaise with and support our overseas EMEA teams.
* Manage small bespoke projects, including notifying customers about changes to the vendor portfolio.
* Interact with, enable, and develop our channel partners, shadowing experienced employees before taking on your own partner management.
* Handle deal management by creating and managing opportunities, forecasting weekly, and assisting the team in driving new business prospects.
* Support the vendor team with organizing and delivering marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
* Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and stakeholders.


Requirements:

* You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
* You have obtained or will obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Admin/Management or Technical/IT, or a related field in 2025 or within the last two years.
* Total work experience should be up to 2 years maximum.
* Strong Business English (if not a native speaker).
* Creative, outside-the-box thinker who is not afraid to share new ideas.
* Strong interest and passion in technology and/or cybersecurity.
* Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
