Paraplanner - £45,000 + Bonus – Hybrid / Cardiff (2 days/week in office)
I'm currently representing a reputable independent financial planning firm who are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their team in Cardiff!
In this role, you’ll work closely with senior advisers, offering high-quality technical support and contributing to a first-class client experience. You’ll have the opportunity to get stuck into a wide range of work, including more complex planning across investments, pensions, tax and protection. Expect a balance of independence and collaboration in a supportive environment.
The package includes:
* Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Cardiff office
* Salary around £45,000 (DOE)

You’ll be a great fit if you:
* Are Diploma qualified (Level 4) or progressing towards Chartered
* Bring solid paraplanning experience and strong technical capability
* Have excellent research and report-writing skills
* Are proactive, organised, and comfortable working closely with advisers and clients
