Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB: This is a Monday to Friday /site based role!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing a high volume of employee relations cases (40–60+)
* Leading end-to-end recruitment on site
* Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
* Coaching and upskilling line managers
* Partnering closely with trade unions and senior managers
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases)
* Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unions
* Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar
* Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
