An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Younger Persons Support officer to join our team at Bath Street.
We are looking for a positive and engaging support officer to deliver high quality support outcomes with the use of SMART support plans to enable and prepare young people to successfully transition into independence.
A big part of this role is supporting young people at Bath Street. You should be able to build good working relationships with our young people. We encourage independence and help develop skills that will enable them to successfully secure and sustain accommodation.

Are you able to engage young people? Can you think outside the box? Are you able to remain calm in times of crisis? If yes, this role could be for you!
Hours are worked on a seven‑day rota, with shifts scheduled Monday to Saturday. Shift times are 9am–5pm, 11am–7pm, or 2pm–10pm.
