Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:
* Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
* Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
* Attempting to resolve simple customer enquiries and referring difficult ones to a manager
* Ensuring food is prepared and stored according to health and safety standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company procedures
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
* Following standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
* Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
* Being aware of restaurant goals and targets to contribute towards achieving them
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking workstations
* Reporting all work-related incidents, near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
* Following correct procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
