Trust Mortality Reviewer
Applications are invited, for up to two posts, for Trust Mortality Reviewers at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Structured Case Record review process and be a member of the Structured Judgement Review Expert Group.
Main duties of the job
* Undertake two “first” mortality reviews per month plus relevant “second” reviews.
* Attend discussions and meetings – a total commitment of almost four and a half hours per month.
* Play a key role in delivering the Trust’s Learning from Deaths Policy and support its operational elements.

* Consultant / Locum Consultant / Specialist registered with the GDC or GMC and a licence to practise.
