Senior IT Support Technician - Maiden Newton Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (DOE) + bonus + benefits The role Our client is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to deliver dependable, effective IT support across the organisation-supporting office-based and remote colleagues. This is a hands-on role covering day-to-day troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, documentation, and improving the overall IT support experience. Role overview You'll install, maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware and software, provide user support and guidance, and help maintain secure, reliable IT systems.
