Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, repair, and customer training of high-end beauty and medical devices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electromechanical systems, customer service experience, and a solid understanding of working within a quality management system.
* Perform installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of beauty and medical equipment at customer sites.
* Conduct on-site and remote quick start trouble shooting for clients on proper device usage and safety.
* Maintain detailed service documentation, in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support product lifecycle processes, including non-conformance reporting, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
* Collaborate with Quality Assurance and R&D teams to provide field feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards in all service activities.
* Maintain an adequate inventory of parts and tools for service activities.
* Travel to customer locations regionally/nationally as required.
Requirements:
Analytical Professional Needed
* Degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
* Minimum 2–4 years' experience in field service, ideally with medical or aesthetic devices.
* Prior experience in a quality management environment; familiarity with BSI certification is a plus.
Technical Skills:
This role requires the following skills:
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical systems, lasers, RF, ultrasound, or similar technologies.
* Knowledge of electrical safety standards, calibration procedures, and test equipment.
* Basic understanding of network connectivity and software installation.
Soft Skills:
