The Role: As the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the care home, ensuring accurate invoicing, supplier payments, and reporting. You’ll have the support of a Finance Assistant (three days per week) and an external accountant – a strong bookkeeping background and Xero experience is ideal.
