Role
The agency is currently seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join their branch based in Ashford Surrey. This is a rare opportunity to join an established and motivated, long-standing team. Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison between property owners and potential buyers
* Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties
* Negotiate sales terms and prepare contracts
* Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
* Identify needs and match clients to suitable properties
* View properties and negotiate offers
* Deliver the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers
* Operate as a confident valuer/listing professional with a strong instruction ratio
* Achieve and exceed sales targets
* Be well-presented and an excellent communicator
* Maintain an outgoing, vibrant personality and strong management skills
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a competitive desire to succeed
Qualifications/Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
* Proficient in administrative tasks such as document preparation and record keeping
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
* The ability to negotiate
* Sound business ethics
* Tenacity and be a self-starter
* The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
