Overview
Advanced Support Workers are sought to join a Brand New service in Culcheth, Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented professionals to work with adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex health and behavioural needs, while promoting choices, wellbeing and independence. This vacancy is for waking nights ONLY.
We are looking for both Experienced Day and Waking Nights staff. The role offers progression opportunities, specialist training, and the chance to gain qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Spend your shift with the person you support to make a meaningful impact on their lives
* Adapt to different support styles and work as part of a team
* Support individuals to live independently while promoting their choices and wellbeing
* Engage in care tasks and ensure safety and high-quality care
Requirements
* Ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities and complex care
* If you do not have a qualification, relevant experience in social care is required
* Passionate about supporting people to live independently and able to connect with people
* Willingness to mentor colleagues and share skills and experiences
