* Lead colleagues to create compelling and engaging training solutions. Ensure excellent quality of deliverables to all units across Centrica and conduct performance needs assessments.
* Work with the Employee Experience team, colleagues, and client stakeholders/SMEs to define suitable evaluation metrics at the design stage. These metrics should be measurable in terms of both quantitative and qualitative data for all programmes.
* Use feedback and post-course evaluations to recommend improvements to training materials, ensuring learning outcomes and objectives are achieved.
* Maintain expert knowledge of learning trends and develop innovative ideas. Research new learning solutions/tools and recommend technologies for investment to support the learning strategy.
* Demonstrate excellent training design skills, including the ability to create innovative solutions.
* Experience working in a busy environment, handling tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing business.
* Strong training project and programme management skills, including managing virtual projects.
* Excellent organisational skills with a proven focus on delivering results within required timeframes.
* Professional credibility reflecting Centrica values.
* Experience working as part of a team and the ability to work independently with guidance and direction.
* Passion for continued professional development within the Behavioural Learning segment.
* Ability to work as part of and develop a remote team.
* Customer-focused approach, ensuring learning content benefits learners and the Centrica customer.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Strong written and visual design skills.
* Ability to translate learning requirements into impactful and effective content demonstrating ROI within time-to-competency and quality assurance parameters.
* Influence continuous improvement of the design team through Time to Market and Time to Competency measures.
* Previous experience in designing and developing L&D solutions.
