Football,
you will
be responsible for
leading the Development function
in

oordinat

the
end-to-end
product commercialization cycle

readiness,
viability and integrity aligned to
New Balance policy,

and
practices
. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Drive the
conception
,
maintenance
and governance
of the Seasonal Creation Calendar
in collaboration with the GBU and Sourcing counterparts,
to ensure
GTM achievements are calibrated with the global brand
pathway
and that Club partnerships are
increased.
Co-
support
(with HK Sourcing)
of T1 and T2 vendor partnership collaboration to ensure long term and seasonal category projects are embedded,
supported
and aligned to calendar schedule parameters.
Run the Material and Trim strategy, aligned to global palettes to ensure relevance and
viability within the context of the Football athlete and fan.
Drive adherence
of
the
NB
test and validation standards
, with supplementary
incorporation of
Fit and Wear
practices to strengthen proposition impact.
Optimize
Developmental touch points

to ensure
product excellence

Key Tri-functional partnership with Design and Product Management counterparts to deliver against category ambition and seasonal strategies.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing
, Textiles, Apparel Merchandising or Business Administration
.
Relevant years of
experience in
a
Product Development
role
.
Experienced team leader
and people manager.
Project Management skills and ability to lead complex multi seasonal concepts.
Collaborative
and agile
approach
and
can
drive purposeful partnership

Experience in handling/operating PLM product data system.
Domestic and International travel
required
.
Strong digital skills including Microsoft Office.
