An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant, to work within the busy Community Mental Health Team, based at the Town & County Hospital, Wick.
The successful candidate should be self motivated, pleasant and friendly with a proven ability to organise their day to day workload and priorities. In addition you should have excellent audio typing and data entry skills, previous office experience, preferably within a confidential environment and working experience of Microsoft computer applications. You should also have excellent communication skills, able to work well within a team environment and maintain high standards.
This is a permanent part-time post of 18.5 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday afternoons, however, flexibility will be required to ensure the needs of the service are met and you will be required to work additional hours on occasions in order to cover staff absences.
