People Development Specialist (Learning and Development)

The purpose of the People Development Specialist role is to support this aim by designing and delivering skills and behaviour-based learning through a variety of interventions, including a significant amount of face-to-face training.
Experience, knowledge, and qualifications:
* Passionate and knowledgeable about People Development with a desire to positively influence the journey of our managers
* Experience in end-to-end design and delivery of training to a professional audience
* Ability to work autonomously, whilst creating strong, long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills
* Coaching qualification or working towards desirable
* CIPD qualification in Learning and Development or working towards desirable
* Financial Services background desirable
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand developmental requirements
* Design and deliver a range of learning interventions to develop AFH employees
* Utilize various delivery methods to create engaging blended learning experiences
* Develop and deliver management and leadership training programs across various topics
* Provide career and development coaching to all levels
* Promote market learning interventions to increase engagement
* Report on attendance and ROI metrics
* Continuously evaluate and improve learning programs to ensure value addition
* Stay updated on new initiatives within the wider learning community and introduce innovative solutions
Ideal candidate:

* Experience in end-to-end training design and delivery for a professional audience
* Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with stakeholders
