Finance Admin Assistant – Dyno Rod
We are looking for an organized and proactive Finance Admin Assistant to join our busy team in Corby. We are seeking someone to work between hours per week within office hours of 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.
What you'll be doing:
* Processing engineers' paperwork for both plumbing and drains franchises. This includes invocing and payment reconciliation
* Keeping revenue figures and wage spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
* Helping with invoicing for customers and making sure everything balances.
* Making sure our systems (including Microsoft Dynamics 365) are tidy, accurate, and error-free.
* Supporting your teammates and other departments when needed.
What we're looking for:
* Someone organised, with a good eye for detail.
* Confident using spreadsheets and comfortable learning new systems.
* A friendly communicator who enjoys being part of a team.
* Happy to take ownership of tasks and see them through.
What you'll need:
* Customer service or admin experience is helpful, but not essential – we'll give you training and support
* Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with Microsoft D365 is highly desirable but not mandatory.
