We specialize in hiring for roles that help our clients retain their customers, including:Customer Success Managers, Customer Support Specialists, Account Managers and Solutions Consultants.
We're currently helping several clients hireCustomer Success Managers.
A customer success manager guides customers through the sales process into the support phase. Rather than functioning as a customer support agent, CSMs form a direct relationship with customers and provide them with timely value propositions. This helps customers grow and achieve goals while simultaneously strengthening their relationship with the business.
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will work directly with customers to ensure they're receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their goals. This includes onboarding the client and advising them on how to optimize the product.
As a CSM you will:
2. Ensure customers reachtheir desired outcome when using the clients product;increasing retention, preventing churn, buildingloyalty, and generating account expansion revenue.
3. Build deep relationships with customers by handholding them throughout theuser journey, understanding their needs, and engaging them with your product.
4. Seek to understand the ‘why’ and ask the right questions to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resulting in trusted partnership.
5. Leverage data and performance metrics to: optimize the customer experience, understand & achieve client goals, evaluate the health of your clients, and identify pain points.
6. Be the voice of your customers by advocating internally for solutions to boost long-term customer value.
7. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline the customer journey and organically grow your portfolio of clients
8. 2+ years in a Customer Success Managerrole (or similar).
9. Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
10. Fluent in verbal and written English.
11. Must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed internet access.

* Location:Work from home - 100% fully remote (from the Philippines)
* Working hours:Full time, 35 - 40 hours per week
* Working schedule:variesdepending on client location (US, UK, NZ, AU)
* Hourly rate:PHP ₱300-425 per hour depending on experience
