This role suits a confident, solutions-focused engineer with strong troubleshooting ability and broad technical expertise.You’ll be joining a close-knit and supportive company, which place value on internal progression opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complex technical escalations and support junior engineers.Deliver advanced troubleshooting across cloud services, networking, servers, security tools, and endpoint management.Drive service improvements by refining standards and processes.Lead root-cause investigations and ensure long-term fixes for recurring issues.Support technical projects including migrations, onboarding, and infrastructure upgrades.Liaise with vendors and partners to resolve challenging issues.Maintain and improve internal documentation and knowledge resources.Provide technical insight for internal teams and client reviews.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a senior or 3rd line role (MSP experience preferred).Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, routing), firewalls, cloud services, and backups.Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to continual service improvement.Benefits Private healthcareBirthdays offProfessional development plans Funded qualificationsFun & social teamIf you are interested, please apply now.
