Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
5. Monitor financial performance and identify trends or variances.
6. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial reporting.
8. Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc projects.
9. Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
10. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Analyst should have:
11. A strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
13. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
14. Experience working within the FMCG industry is advantageous.
15. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
16. Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

17. An hourly rate of approximately £15.50 to £17.95, based on experience.
